The Czech Post Office allows claims after three weeks of shipment, untill this time we cannot make a claim of not-delivered orders.
Price with VAT (10% or 20%) are valid for all the states in the European Union. For other customers will be the VAT reduced from final price during realization of payment in the back office of Ceska Sporitelna.
IMPORTANT:
All parcels are packed in transparent foil. Please check the integrity of the foil before taking delivery.
